Current status: Thanking God!

So sorry that I haven't posted in forever, buuuut ... I am SOOOO happy right now!!!

The thing that I mentioned in my last post is NOT serious or life-threatening. As long as I take SUPER good care of myself, it won't be anything to worry about ... just something that'll come up every once in a while. I have a follow-up doctor's appointment in February to check and see if it's done anything or left entirely. YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!

the picture says it all...

I really truly am. Last night I discovered that there's something medically wrong with me. I don't know what it is, and neither do my parents. My mom said that she's going to make a doctor's appointment for me for the day after Christmas. I can't really specify cause I have no idea what it is. All I know is that it's either small or very serious ...

I love you crazy people. =)

Randomly breaking out into song and dance xD

Okay, may I start by saying that I LOOOOOOOVE "Dance, Dance" by Fall Out Boy. That song rocks!! *Starts dancing, then realizes that she's still blogging*

Ahem.

Sooo.

Yesterday I was talking to Rachel on the phone, and we said at one point how we wished that everyone would just randomly burst out into song. Well, that got me thinking, and now I've taken it upon myself that this whole week, I will randomly burst out into a loud chorus of a completely random song while in a completely random place. For example, I would being to sing "Supermassive Black Hole" at the top of my lungs while standing in the checkout line at Wal*Mart. Haha ... ya know, I might actually do that! And eventually I'll upgrade to both song AND dance .... OMGness this is gonna be awesome!!! xD

Everything is running smoothly right now ... I really think that life's falling back into place. Next month Renee and I will be at Acquire The Fire with our new youth group, sooooo ... *hinthintMiniMeg&Sarahinthint!!!!*

My mom is now trying to get me to wear mascara. UGH. I'm not doing that ... thank goodness, she understands that haha!

Speaking of haha ... the 21st is also the first day of winter. Sooo I got an email from Sam, wishing me a happy first day of winter. =P haha ... he's been doing that since I told him that my birthday was also the first day of winter back in 2004. But he added "and happy birthday" in huge letters, bold, underlined, slanted (not sure what the official word is haha) and blue-colored. I KNEW he was gonna say that! xD

Next Feburary is the 5 year anniversary of all my Virginia friendships ... a little sad, but happy at the same time ... I've known these crazy people for 5 years!!! It feels like SOOOO much longer! And I believe that in May I celebrate my one-year Blogger blogging anniversary ... haha, yes, I celebrate crazy completely awesome random days like that! =D That feels like SOOOOOO much longer too!!!

I think I've run out of things to blog about!

My birthday ...

Sooooo ... my birthday was AWESOME!!! We went out to lunch at Olive Garden after church, then went home and my mom videotaped me opening my presents haha ... so fun! Renee and Hannah got me a new Bible (cause mine is falling apart ... I've had it since Easter 2001!) and cover (cause that's falling apart too!). They're orange and green, and the cover has a fabric cross on it and the verse 1 Timothy 4:12, which is awesome, cause that's one of my favorites! And then my mom, Renee, and Hannah got me an iPod! It's so cool, and bluee! *Gets all happy again!*

One thing that I don't understand is when people ask you how you feel once you're "officially" a new age. I didn't really feel any different at 5:19 and 26 seconds yesterday ... but I am really excited, cause this will be a big year for me ... job, driving starts, learner's permit, and a whole buncha other stuff that I'm not yet aware of. But I'll make it rock ... or die trying!

Okay, not die, but you get the point. =)

Guess what I did!

As more updates, because I haven't posted in FOREVER (please don't hurt me!!! =O), this Sunday is my birthday (AHHHHH xD), I'm teaching myself how to play the piano, and Hannah found my wallet in her room the other day, and it has $60 in cash in it. Yupp. Life is good right now. =D

Can't think of anything else really exciting that happened ... we're still going to Coloniel Heights Baptist, and my mom asked us about us becoming members the other day. And though I REALLY want to, we decided that we'll give it a bit more time .... and why, I have no idea =P

I have officially decided that I'm going to the Homeschool prom, and now I've gotta ask my mom about it, and then we get to go dress shopping!!! It's not a normal prom, but you still get to pick out an awesome prom dress, and I am SOOOOOO looking forward to that!

Soon I'll be making videos of pointless tunes that I made up on the piano, sooo I guess I'll see if I can put those up here for your enjoyment lol ... I kinda also wanna do some karaoke videos and put them on my YouTube .... who knows what might happen then! Maybe I can put my song I wrote on there too ... well, the ONE that has music to it, that is haha.

Stubborn website =P lol

YAY!!!! I got my camera back!!! I can start taking random pictures again lol! Including this one of meee ... I like how it's all black and white-y. (BTW, I'm smiling, you just can't see it lol)

Sooooo ... my mom went out shopping ... and got me eyeliner! She says that I look beautiful with it on and it makes my eyes pop. (I think that if she makes my eyes "pop" any more than they already do, then they're gonna pop right out!) So I tried it, and am partially ashamed to say that I like it. It's all topaz-y, so you can barely see it, but it's still there. Blech.

I'm getting veeeerrry excited for Christmas!!! For the first time in my 14 and 3/4 years, I know exactly what I'm getting who for Christmas ... which yes, is a big deal for me. =)

(And no, Rachel, I'm not saying what ... consider that being revenge for all those revenges for me not telling you what I was wearing that Sunday many moons ago! Hehe xD)

And ... editing ... not fun. It's soooo long! I'm currently editing my NaNoWriMo novel, cause there's a LOT to be edited, and ... yeeeeeahh ... wow. Not to mention all the times I used the word "karaoke", and spelled it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! =O It'll be all over soon ... phew.

So I'm writing an Alternate Ending to a story on a mystery website, and it's all supposed to be anonymous, and this comment literally made me LOL: "I love your plot! And when you publish your book, I'll be sure to look for it...[which will be kinda hard...lol]". Just thought I'd share my recent thoughts ... haha

Randomness ... one of the many gifts I have to offer. ;D

So yeah ... this morning my mom came at me with the eyeliner ... it wasn't pretty (;D) ... but she says it looks nice ... of course, if you know me, then you already know that, after looking in the mirror and letting out a particuarily loud "UGH", I went straight from my mom's room to the bathroom and went simply crazy trying to wipe it off with wet toilet paper ... that only made it worse ... now people are asking me who I fought with that I have not one, but two black eyes.

Greeeeeaaaaaat. =)

In musical news, I've written three songs on the piano, which is a great big deal for me, considering I haven't touched the piano in about three years. I'm feeling really accomplished on that one! After I get my camera back (too complicated to say why it isn't currently in my possession) I want to record myself doing it so that I never forget it ... which reminds me that I have to learn how to actually WRITE the music. My memory's getting kinda full. =)

In home schooling news, the prom is May 9th, 2009. I think I'm gonna go ... obviously, being a home school one and all, it differs greatly from regular proms ... it's basically a fancy dinner. But I'd get to pick out a dress. And for as un-girly as I can sometimes be, I love dressing up.

Just as long as my mom doesn't try to make me wear eyeliner again. xO

In December-related news, it is less than twenty days till my 15th birthday, and I can't begin to express how excited I am!! 14 was a pretty rough year ... I can't wait to start a new one in my hopefully very long life.

In noveling news, I am now currently writing three, editing one (and finishing it off with a pretty dope epilogue), and writing an alternate ending to a Nancy Drew PC game on herinteractive.com, which is a site for mystery (especially Nancy Drew) lovers ... and yes, I really am a super sneak. ;D

In mood-ish news, I'm feeling quite poetic, as you can probably tell. I'll end up writing three songs, two chapters per novel, and five poems before the day is done, mark my words. =)

In scary stuff related news, I'm not sure if they've caught the lion that's loose in the Richmond-Chesterfield area. Kinda scary, considering I spend half of my days outside, trying to get some fresh air, because I never get to leave the house anymore.

In decorating news, if you happen to be in Chester, Virginia, then stop by the Chick-Fil-A and see the pretty tree that I decorated! =D
